By ordering from our website, you agree to hold An Inviting Event, Inc., and any representatives of this company, harmless for security issues that are beyond our control.

We strive to provide a safe and secure online shopping environment, but there are always those who strive to corrupt the systems of others. Your order information is always kept highly confidential and we will never give, sell, or trade your information to any other company, person, or website.

Refund Policy

• All sales are final. Monetary refunds and/or credits will not be given for products and/or shipping.
• Items may not be exchanged or refunded. We do not guarantee delivery times.
• Only in the event of damage, shortage or error (shipped goods do not match customer specifications such as item number, quantity, color, font and copy), An Inviting Event will reship the item(s) at no charge to the customer.
• Our consultants are trained to proofread all orders for spelling and grammar. However, we cannot guarantee that we will always catch customer errors, so please review your wording carefully. Once you proof the order and/or the proof, it is not our responsibility to know if you spelled something incorrectly.
• In order to correct any damage, shortage or error, the customer must call An Inviting Event, Inc. at 954-755-0333 within 2 business days of receiving the order.
• We reserve the right to do the following: eliminate or add spacing where necessary, move wording around in order to create the best fit for your wording, abbreviate or spell out words where appropriate, make grammatical changes or additions to words where necessary, make words smaller or larger.
